• Release of Information – when possible, a release is signed so the school can share relevant records that may provide helpful context.

• Individual Testing – one-on-one sessions assessing thinking skills, memory, attention, and academic areas such as reading, writing, and math. The time required depends on age, ability, and attention span.

• Rating Scales – completed by both home and school to provide insight into the student’s everyday learning and behaviour.

• Comprehensive Report – a written summary of results, explanations, and tailored recommendations.

• Feedback Meeting – a collaborative review of findings and discussion of next steps for home and school.
