About Jody:

Jody provides comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children and youth, focusing on understanding each individual’s unique strengths, learning profile, and developmental needs. Her work extends beyond assessment alone; she offers practical, personalized strategies to support learning, growth, and well-being across home and school environments.

With extensive experience working in Indigenous communities, Jody strives to ensure that her practice remains culturally sensitive, inclusive, and responsive to diverse backgrounds and experiences. She is deeply passionate about the intersection of trauma, learning, and development, and she approaches every assessment with a trauma-informed lens.

Above all, Jody believes that meaningful relationships and strong rapport are essential to supporting young people. Creating a safe, trusting, and respectful environment is at the heart of my practice, allowing each child to feel seen, understood, and empowered.
